Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you from originally?
I was born in the parish of St. Andrew, Jamaica. I moved to the U.S. at the age of fourteen and became a U.S. citizen in the early 2000s.
Why do you travel?
Well, I’ve been travelling independently (alone) since the age of 9. It’s sort of in my blood. I’ve come to realize that I rarely live in any place for longer than a few years. Also, both of my parents are travellers and we have a history of travelling on my maternal side.
Usually my travel has to do with my education.
Where have you travelled?
Well, I am not the best at being a tourist, so often I will go to one place and stay there for a while. I have, however, visited the UK (England and Scotland), Canada, Switzerland, France, Croatia, and various parts of the US on both coasts.
I have lived in Florida, California, Massachusetts, Germany (Berlin), and Italy (Rome). In the places where I have lived, I have travelled to visit various cities, but typically I stay close to home.
Where next will you travel?
Who knows. I would like to visit the African, Asian and Australian continents. We’ll have to wait and see where the path chooses to take me based upon my goals.
Does your illness impact your travel?
Yes, having fibromyalgia means that I have to take more care with when and how I travel. You can read more about this here.

You’re lucky I want to travel abroad so bad
🙂 Well, I think you are well on your way. First step is the desire to do it!
