Outside The Box

In the last month I have been trying hard to take better care of myself holistically. Mind, body, spirit, emotions etc. I have found that by eating a diet focused on brain food is really helping in all areas. I keep noticing little things that try to lure me back to how I was……..no, I’m not going back for all the tea in China & I do love my tea😜 click to enlarge
